Paula is a graduate of Miami Dade Community College and is a certified Paramedic, Firefighter and EMT. Paula worked in the field as a Paramedic/EMT for 9 years and has a thorough understanding of how injuries occur and how massage therapy can be part of a successful treatment program.

About Our Massage:

We offer extremely affordable rates for an exceptional massage. Incorporating moist heat, hot stones and hot towels in every massage we have developed a soothing yet therapeutic massage. By using hot stones as a tool along with moist heat to help warm the muscles, our therapist are capable of using the necessary pressure needed to help work out your stress or injury related problems. Of course if you just want to relax our therapists will make you feel like you're floating on a cloud.

Prior to your first session, you will be asked to complete our new client intake form which includes contact information, complete health profile and informed consent. All forms are confidential and on your initial visit we ask that you will need to arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to fill out the form in our office. Where Will My Massage Session Take Place?

Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a warm, comfortable, quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a table especially designed for your comfort.

How Will I Feel After the Massage Session?

Most people feel very relaxed. Some experience freedom from long-term aches and pains developed from tension or repetitive activity. After an initial period of feeling slowed down, people often experience increased energy, heightened awareness, and greater productivity which can last for days. It is recommended you drink plenty of water following your massage.

What Should I Do During the Massage Session?

Make yourself comfortable. The practitioner will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the session (such as lifting your arm). Many people just close their eyes and completely relax. Others like to talk during their session. Feel free to ask the practitioner questions about massage and bodywork in general or about the particular technique you are receiving.
